Prince Sultan Cardiac Centre (PSCC) in Riyadh was upgrading its interventional cardiology department. Care IQ was requested to support a plan for “turn key” renovation and extension, creating a patient-friendly department. The project also incorporated cutting-edge MedTech solutions and IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency, data management, and patient care. The plan therefore included:

  • Construction and planning for continuous operations
  • Lab reconfiguration
  • Furniture procurement
  • State-of-the-art equipment for adult and pediatric cardiology
  • IT integration and installation

Care IQ experts were also requested to provide consultancy services for change management, synchronized with the construction and installation.
